The Grassroots Radio Conference is coming to Spokane this September.
For four days, community media makers from across the country will gather to share knowledge, build networks, and strengthen the future of independent, local radio.
But for some of the most vital voices in our movement: youth leaders, low-income broadcasters, disabled and rural producers—the $195 registration fee is a barrier they can’t overcome alone.
That's where you come in.
By contributing to our Scholarship Fund, you ensure that passionate, underrepresented voices can attend GRC 2025 regardless of financial circumstances.

Why It Matters:
Community radio thrives when it reflects all of us. Your support brings in individuals who are under-resourced or have been historically underrepresented in media, including BIPOC, people with disabilities, those with low income or from rural areas, and youth participants. Storytellers and station leaders whose perspectives are essential—and whose opportunities to participate are often limited by systemic inequities.
Thank you for helping us make GRC 2025 inclusive, empowering, and unforgettable—for everyone. Your donation doesn’t just help someone attend a conference.
It amplifies a voice that needs to be heard.
